Godzilla 2014

So this is a side project I decided to do. I'm pretty excited about the up and coming Godzilla movie, so thought it would be fun to create a poster to promo it in light of its 2014 release. The design plays on the Japanese writing of the name providing a tribute to its origins, but also adding some gravity to the monsters name in a graffiti-ish style, suggesting it has been written by one of the civilians terrorised by Godzilla.

RUN,HIDE,HOPE. *Figured it would be an effective tagline for the film/ poster. It's definately what comes to mind should a rampaging lizard the size of who knows what starts coming towards you haha.*

So what are your thoughts on the up and coming Godzilla movie? I really enjoyed the 1998 version, so will be biased and say I can't wait haha. Let me know what you think? Hopefully they will release a glimpse of that illusive Godzilla trailer sometime soon.
